RISK
Just like any other business opportunity, Forex is not without its risks. Though Transisco Digital Enterprise hereafter known as “the Enterprise” would do everything professionally imperative to ensure that appropriate risk management measures are adopted to reduce risk of financial loss, the Enterprise would not be held liable for any financial losses incurred during the trading process which might lead to partial or complete erosion of invested sum. The investor absolves the Enterprise of any financial losses associated therewith.
RETURNS
While the Enterprise does everything professionally sound to ensure that the promised return on investment is paid within the stated period, market volatility may make it professionally unreasonable to embark on any trading activity which may in turn hamper the achievement of the promised return on investment. In this event, the Enterprise will not be held liable for any reduction in the return on investment paid out to investors. The investor shall not take any legal action to seek redress regarding such reduction.
INVESTMENT DURATION
While investment could last for as long as the investor chooses to make it, the Enterprise reserves the right to terminate any ongoing investment contract with any investor in the event that the investment terms runs foul of these terms and conditions. Also, while return on investments are paid out as regularly as monthly, withdrawal of principal sum cannot be made until after six months from the date of investment.
PAYOUT STRUCTURE
For all investors making their investments in Nigerian Naira, payout will also be made in Nigerian Naira. For investors making investments in other currencies (USD and BTC), payout will be made based on preferred payout currency. Payout is made strictly to the bank account submitted during registration. Monthly payouts will be made after 30 days of the investment cycle.
UPDATE
These terms and conditions are updated based on emerging market conditions. Though the Enterprise shall do its best to send out notifications regarding these updates, it shall not be held liable for any action taken by the investor based on lack of awareness regarding the update on these terms.
